Marathon Training Day 1

So Aaron and I started officially training for the marathon this week. We ran 3 miles on Tuesday, cross-trained on Wednesday, 3 miles on Thursday, and are running the warrior dash this weekend. The warrior dash is 3 miles of "hell" they call it. There are 14 obstacles total, including: a windstorm, hundreds of tires to step through, a junkyard to maneuverer, running through waist deep water while having to climb over logs, crawling through tunnels, climbing "hell's hill," walking the plank, climbing over barricades, climbing over hay bales, running down the river, repelling down a ravine, climbing over cargo nets, jumping over fire, and finishing with an army crawl though the mud.... SHOULD BE INTERESTING!! wish us luck... we are hoping to get through it injury free!!! For a peak at what it should be like check out their website!!
